PHASE 1 SELF-STUDY: 12 HOURS OF VIDEO RECORDINGS & 6 UNIQUELY GUIDED YOGA NIDRA PRACTICES NOW AVAILABLE TO ORDER
Phase 1 focuses on the physical and emotional body. You will be introduced to diverse Yoga Nidra traditions and practises for deep restoration, quality sleep, relaxation of muscular tension, and recognising and resting in awareness. We will also explore creating an intention in light meditative sleep. Via Michele’s online learning site, you will have full access to all recordings for 12 months, including six uniquely guided Yoga Nidras to practice and experiment with for different outcomes. One 60mins mentoring session with Michele is also included in this course.

PHASES 2 & 3 TOGETHER SELF-STUDY VIDEO RECORDINGS OF TALKS, GUIDED PRACTICES, WORKBOOK
Inner healing and expanded awareness. This phase focuses on Mind and the powerful inner resources we all have to transform disruptive mental and emotional energy templates into wisdom and understanding. The body of feeling and emotion is related to the mind. Our Yoga Nidra immersion will include the meditative practice of inquiry known as Vichāra, to awaken our wisdom hearts, creativity and expanded awareness. INCLUDES 5 NEW YOGA NIDRA PRACTICES, TALKS, READINGS AND Q&As WITH PARTICIPANTS. Phase 3 follows on from Phase 2 in this program.

We explore lucid dreaming, the VINJANANA/ANANDAMAYA Koshas, subtle mind and the chakra system and the feminine principle in Buddhist practice. You will also learn to develop Yoga Nidra scripts and templates for yourself and to guide varying audiences. For those wishing to teach Yoga Nidra we will also explore contraindications and safe, ethical practice. Pre-requisite Phases 1 and 2. The fully accredited instructor training is offered at a special price and includes a face-to-face mentoring session with Michele.

Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) is a unique form of effortless psychophysical relaxation and a profound meditation technique. It is equally a body-mind relaxation, effective sleep practice, and experience of your innate, tangible, peaceful presence. And more good news, it is practised lying down!
Michele’s uniquely designed self-paced Yoga Nidra program guides you in exploring what it means for your body, mind and soul to experience deep mental and physical rest. Rather than using your analytical mind to work with stress, this exploration takes you on a sensory journey that guides you beneath the layers of mental chatter and muscular tension to a place of ease and complete non-doing.
YOGA NIDRA IS FOR EVERYONE.
The three-phase course can be taken as a personal enrichment program for people completely new to yoga nidra, as well as health practitioners and students of yoga and meditation. For those considering taking a professional track and gaining accreditation, the full 42-hour series is a prerequisite for Yoga Nidra Instructor Training and Yoga Teacher Training.
Live Sessions with Michele. All participants have the support of several live online discussions and question-and-answer time with Michele. Whether you are interested in the program for personal enrichment or professional interest, there is no need to choose or declare your preference when you join. All are welcome.
Phase 1 introduces the fascinating history and foundations of Yoga Nidra to expand your options for more profound relaxation and quality sleep.

A fascinating exploration of the science of meditative yoga and research, with guided study and discussion.
To further support your learning, Michele hosts several 90-minute Zoom sessions throughout the full training. These sessions are designed for you to ask questions and clarify your experience of the practice. The dates and times for Zooms are scheduled and advised one month in advance. They are recorded and available on Michele’s learning site if you can’t attend live.
Accreditation: Are you interested in gaining certification or CPD points? If you would like to share this practice with others while expanding your understanding of the meditative science of subtle yoga, there are several ways to gain continuing professional development points or accreditation through Michele's Meditation Teacher Training, registered with Meditation Australia.
Students and qualified Yoga Teachers, Meditation instructors will gain course recognition and 14 CPD points for each Phase. For certification as a Yoga Nidra instructor, you must enrol in all three phases, participating and completing the required homework.
