It is refreshing to do a course that empowers you to try different techniques but that really emphasises finding what works for you. I enjoyed your course because you allow space for and acknowledge people’s differences. And also, you acknowledge that different needs exist within all of us at different times. I especially appreciated the practice around fear and also your lesson around the Tao of Pooh. I am very fortunate to have completed this meditation course. Michele de-mystified meditation for me and I have now established a regular, daily meditation practice which I look forward to. The weekly teachings and practices in the Meditation Practice E-Course were of just the right amount and pace to keep me nourished and focused.
