Cultivate genuine wellbeing and physical ease through learning the principles of mindfulness meditation and body-centred restorative practices.
This retreat is an opportunity to join a small group for a day of practising mindfulness and meditation. Our day includes:
guided meditations, contemplation and body-centred awareness practices
cultivating presence while sitting, walking, lying down and interacting with your environment.
